Ingredients:
180 ml water
Flour 300 gr
Salt 6 g
For the filling:
Cold margarine or butter 250 gr
Preparation:
In a bowl mix flour with water, when it forms a paste put on the table
Continue kneading until completely smooth and wrap with plastic
Put the dough in the refrigerator for 10 minutes
Form a ball and make a cross with the knife in the center
Pull the ends of the cross and extend each end with the roller without touching the center
Place cold butter or margarine in exact box and cover with the tips without leave holes
Crush with a rolling pin to help the butter to mix and stretch with roll dough until couple
Fold dough dividing into three, cover and let stand in refrigerator for 10 minutes
Take it out of the refrigerator and stretch, and bend again
make two doubles and two simples folds
