Custard


Ingredients:
350 ml of milk
Sugar 150 gr
Yolks 3 pcs
40 gr cornstarch
5 ml vanilla extract
Whipping cream 350 gr

Procedure:
Beat egg yolks with sugar and add the cornstarch.
In a saucepan or pot, put the milk and vanilla to  boil, once it has boiled temper the yolks that are previously beaten, put all in the saucepan and return to low flame, stirring constantly with a balloon
Pour into a bowl and cover with plastic
