Muffins with chocolate chips




ingredients:

185gr chocolate chips (separate 125 and 60)
300g flour
3 eggs
Sugar 140 g
140ml mineral water or milk
165ml soybean oil
Baking powder 16g (1 out of Royal)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3g salt

Butter for greasing the molds (if silicone).


Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 ° C

stir the eggs.
Mix in a bowl 140ml of water, vanilla, oil and beaten eggs, add salt and sugar
Sift the flour into a bowl together with the yeast.
Add flour mixture and mix prior to assembly without much beat.
Add the 125g of chocolate chips and mix with a spatula.

Pour into molds previously buttered. I put them on paper gorretes put into aluminum ramekins guard the way and climb over the crest. Spread the chocolate chips 60g over the surface and bake (lower oven to 180 ° C once inside cupcakes) for 20-25 minutes until done.
