French toast


ingredients:
  1 pack of white bread 
  Jam, nutella, etc.
  3 eggs
  1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  1 ½ cup evaporated milk
  ½ can condensed milk
  oil
  ½ cup sugar
  2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Preparation:

Prepare sandwiches with 2 slices of bread and jam or fill we want to center and chop off the edges using the back of the knife to seal the sandwiches

Beat eggs with vanilla and ½ cup evaporated milk until well incorporated.

Spend sandwiches in above mixture, making sure to do it on both sides. Then drain and set aside on a plate.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, and fry the bread one by one, on both sides until golden. When finished browning, put them on a tray with paper towels.

  Mix sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle

to serve, we need to prepare a sauce for it, boil 1 cup evaporated milk and ½ can of condensed milk for 2 minutes.
When serving, bathes the bread with the sauce before. You can split each French bread in half to make triangles and garnish with a plum, a strawberry, a cherry, or any fruit of your choice.
