Mango ice cream




Ingredients:

2 cans of evaporated milk
1 can of condensed milk
6 ripe mangoes

preparation:
Put evaporated milk in a glass container and chill in the freezer for 2 hours.
Peel the mangoes, liquefy and strain.
When the evaporated milk is hard, break into small pieces with a fork and stir it, first slowly and then gradually increase the speed. Add the condensed milk and continue.
Add the mango puree and mix with a wooden spoon.
Put into individual containers and freeze.
